They have a new ATM inside the branch that dispenses odd dollar amounts of cash. Staff was very helpful in explaining how it works.

Stood in line for 40 minutes waiting for a teller. Get inside to see only 2 employees working. 2 managers standing around on there phones. By the time my turn came and I got service the line was wrapping around the building. The managers did absolutely nothing to even try to assist the tellers. I have never in my life seen customer service that made me want to yell at the management like a Karen but holy cow the lack of respect the manager at this branch has for his workers is apparent. A leader leads by example, not by sitting on his phone while his workers try to help the growing line of customers
