I went in to cash a check even though I did not have an account there, they cashed it and did not charge me a $7 fee like US Bank does. They were very positive, uplifting and very respectful. I have been there several times and each time it is a positive atmosphere.

Worst Customer Service I have ever Received at Any Bank in my entire life. The Woman wearing black and yellow was rude and disrespectful and Refused to Identify herself when Asked for her identity so That I could Contact Corporate and Make a complaint against her. Ceaser Chavez and Powell in Portland Oregon Wells Fargo Gives the Worst Customer service in the Entire World.
