      We've been customers of this branch since 2001. Wait times are not long an the staff are very sweet. Corporate bank with hometown charm. Just doesn't get any better than that.

      Do not go to this bank. The employees are extremely rude and treat you as if you are less than and a bother to them for doing their jobs. I’ve never been so disrespected by an individual by trying to deposit my money. The women in the drive through have horrible attitudes and either think they are better than everyone or are just miserable. Do yourself a favor and take your business to Country Federal. The employees know how to speak to people.

      Called to get quarters since the Loves truck stop would not exchange for quarters either. Called before showed up figured as a member of Wells Fargo (but from out of town) would have. I only need 5$ in quarters to dry clothes. Who ever answered phone said no, only to business accounts. I’ve been with Wells Fargo for years never like y’all. This is just another excuse to change banks if not will to help someone who has been banking with y’all for years . Poor customer service, will take my money elsewhere
