Incredibly helpful!! I could've absolutely done it on my own but the employee not only helped me order a new card using the app but also showed me how to set up a mobile phone card! All while being incredibly nice, I'm gonna quit my job today and this made today so much more bearable!!

The difference is I deposit a check at this branch and have to wait 3 days for it to clear. I deposit the same check at a different Wells Fargo Branch and it clears immediately. Attitude problem at this place. Makes me want to change banks.

Impossible to get anyone to answer the phone at this location. Strongly considering withdrawing all my money from this bank as they do not seem to care about customer service
