  I just wanna share my experience here at Wells Fargo. I wanna thank the management Patricia Garcia Agredano for being extra attentive to my matter. My daughter is 16 yrs old and she got ger first paycheck. She banks at San Mateo Credit Union but the only problem is that since its her first check they said it would've been a 7 day hold, but my daughter being 16 wanted to be able to use it right away. So we ended going to the bank where her check was banked with. Ken was our teller, and told us in order for us to cash her check we needed 2 forms of I.D. My daughter only had her school I.D. on her phone being that they didnt give physical I.D.'s due to covid. So it looked like we would've had to go back to her bank and deposit her check and wait the 7 days. Until Patricia stepped up and aaid she can just endorse the check to me (her Father). She didnt have to this and she made it work. She made both our days. Thank you so much!!!!

  I love Wells Fargo bc they have the best customer service. But this was my first time visited this location and unfortunately was the worst branch. Super rude all of them. couldn't find any of them nicer. For a second I thought they gonna fight to me the we they were talking to me. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻they were joking around with each other 😡
