      On July 30 in the three o’clock hour, I came in and got in the short line. A banker by the name of Sam looked at me and then turned away. No biggie I thought he will eventually say hi, but nope he looked right and walked to his desk without a word. The teller who helped me deserves 5 stars. He welcomed me and quickly took care of my deposit. I think Chase will be my permanent bank, because their employees are professional and polite.

      What the heck gives???? Belmont branch is closed without notice on a weekday afternoon. Hillsdale branch is closed without notice on a weekday afternoon. What is up? At least have a note on the door... But nothing's there. I've had an accout since my paper route in the 1970s. Please tell your customers where we can get service, TODAY. Because I can assure you your competitors are asking me for my business every day.
