  Came into the bank to do a transaction. Clean building is the first thing I noticed. Walking towards the line, was greeted by staff in offices. I like that. One person in line before me, no biggie. Staff behind counter greeted me and advise they will be with me shortly as there are drive through people being served. 3 minutes later I'm being helped. Had to handle some things on my end. Come back in. Everything done in 5 minutes. Everyone is super nice and I go home. A few days later the manager calls me personally and thanks me for my business. What?!? Unheard of. They made me feel really important for such a simple transaction and that's important to me.

  The most attention, hands down, that I have ever received from any financial institution, bank etc. in my entire life. Branch manager David, banker Kelly and teller Vanessa should all be commended on their politeness, customer service, efficiency and professionalism

  Very rude. Didnt have time to get to another wells had to settle for the one closest to the house, next time ill just wait til the next day..
