I was having a horrible day and nothing was going right. I needed to transact some business inside the Wells Fargo bank on Union Ave. I was totally unprepared with my papers, account numbers, etc. I was helped by a teller named Heidi. She was so nice and patient with me it really calmed me down so i could explain what i needed. She handled my transaction like s real pro. She was very knowledgeable and even filled out some paper work for me. Wells Fargo management should realize Heidi is a real asset to their business.
