      4/22/22 I've had a Wells Fargo business account for over 10 years now. Today was the first time at the Greenlake branch. Never before experienced such sad denial of service. I personally know now to never use that branch again. Just use a branch were staff will cordially help you. Staff gets changed every six months or so. One star is too high for this experience.

      I could not open an account despite my best efforts, and the staff was NO help. I am displeased to say the least, and will be sending them a more harshly worded letter in the mail.
