Back in 1974, an 18 year old Half Moon Bay High School Grad. got excepted to College. No, credit history! Just a promise to pay back a Student loan, that with out which I would have never been able to go. Wells Fargo gave me a chance. When I paid my last payment, i brought it in and handed it to the Branch Manager at the time, shook his hand, Thanked him. To this day, it makes me feel extremely Blessed !!! :)

OUTSTANDING! I have always stayed away from big banks due to lack of personal service. I was wrong.. Ireana and David are Awesome!! Started a small business opened 3 accounts and an IRA. All was explained in detail the got me a 0% interest CC for my new company what more could I ask for. Their hours are good feels very home town. Again Irene and David really shine. Not that all the staff is not awesome I feel that I just have not met them all. 5 stars not nearly enough.

Full disclosure I don't have an account with Wells Fargo. I had one years ago, was disgusted with their customer service so i changed to a credit union. Now based on their recent history probably wouldn't risk going back to them but living on the coast I do use their ATM on occasion (with the fee) because it's convenient. I usually go in and exchange the ATM 20s for bigger bills. Today they refused to exchange money that I just got from their ATM to bigger bills without an account. Thanks Wells Fargo. Your customer service continues to shine.
