Stopped in to complete the final step of opening a personal checking account. There were three employees sitting at their lobby desks. One was with a customer but two weren’t. Finally after a few minutes one of the two asked if I needed help. I explained that I tried to open an account online and I was told that I had to stop by the nearest lobby to verify my ID. Even though no customers were around, he said he couldn’t help me because I didn’t have an appointment. He said he could schedule me for sometime next week… This doesn’t seem like a bank that wants new customers.

Hi, Tabitha. Thanks for the feedback. The branch at 69255 Ramon Rd. moved across the street to this location at 69020 Ramon Rd as of February 7 and is currently open for business.
