While in the drive-thru a gentleman that I don't know approached my vehicle. He asked me for money & refused to leave me alone. Eric was waiting on me. He diffused the situation & made sure that I was safe. Eric, thank you for your compassion and care. It has not gone unnoticed!

They're getting better at the branches on fixing customers issues. The corporate offices are still denying up to 50% of black homeowners refinancing. They just reached a settlement in July 2012 for 184.3 million with the Justice Department.

Unfortunately,Our experience was terrible,We went inside to make Adjustments to Our accounts and was told We needed to make an appointment although there was no one in the lobby Waiting.The woman that greeted us was rude.We went toThe branch Near Fort Belvoir Although being busier They were pleasant, professional.
