      I understand the needs for banks to validate the authenticity of a check before Willy nilly cashing it. But once you do your due diligence it should be cashed post haste! This deliberate lack of customer service is gross and a misuse of your authority as a banking institution. You say my balance is low people pay bills and have other expenses never mind I’m married with 5 kids. I will never walk into this branch location again. Soon I won’t be banking here either good riddance and don’t patronize your members it’s the lowest form of insult and should be done away with! I should add about the check in question the same the same was used to open my account at this branch they held for I think 5-9 days and I’ve used them at other branches so to come to my “home” bank and be treated less than anyone else is rude and I won’t tolerate it! Waited 15 minutes spoke to the branch manager and she cashed them because there was no issue, but why should I be made to feel like I am doing something wrong when I attempt to utilize the services offered at my financial institution?
