  Please if you have the option run far away from wells Home mortgage. The absolute worst mortgage company I’ve ever dealt with. My loan was sold to Wells Fargo not by choice but I guess the mortgage company I originally used sells the loan to the highest bidder. Horrible customer service, horrible communication. Markita brown is my home specialist and dosent even answer the phone, very rude, and a liar. I was given a mortgage of 2000$ With no paper work required, and when I turn in my paper work mortgage raised which makes no sense if you tryna help people during covid. Listen long story short beloved DO NOT USE WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE!!!!

  I had appointment to open a account with Well Fargo and it was to open a account for my mom so her SSA benefits can go into the account. Well I had all the necessary information needed to open a account I thought, until the representative said they csnt accept me as a member cause my address shows I live at a hotel 🤨 so what it had a physical address with my last name at top. So I was turned down, but its unbusiness like when my daughter also live at hotel and was able to open a account for her son for the same reason. Remind you same hotel same paper. Please explain that one to me. No I will never return there are better banks.
