Less then 1 year of being in the home I have now been informed that my taxes were not estimated accurately which has left me with a $7,000 escrow deficiency which I need to now pay and that my mortgage payment should actually be $500 more then what I was told and signed for 9 months ago. I spoke with several agents including Jon Andrews my mortgage consultant, and someone who he referred me to by the name of Sheila as well as her supervisor which I did not get a name for, all of which agreed with me and said that an error of that magnitude was wrong and should not have happened. Today I received a phone call from the corporate office who informs me that they did nothing wrong and I should have planned ahead better. I trusted this company to provide me a loan in good faith to set someone up where they will have an increase of $500 per month before the first year of home ownership is wrong.
