  Refinanced 4 1/2 years ago with excellent results. Tighe was "the man". Hit a little hiccup in the process and he got it all worked out within 2 days. Wonderful service.

  Do not use Wells Fargo. My wife and I used Wells Fargo and broker Tighe Casey....what a mistake that was. He never locked our rate in - after we told him to do so....I remember my wife and I discussing how great the rate was.... only to find out 2 months later that he never locked it in! When we asked him why he didn't lock it in he said we never told him and laughed. Because of his incompetence we are now paying an extra $100 more a month on our mortgage. Not only did he not lock our rate in....but he needed our lawyer to do his job because he had no idea what he was doing. This man is unprofessional and is bad at his job. Tighe Casey is the absolute worst broker. After sending our complaints to upper management they said because we verbally told him to lock the rate in (which is normal) and didn't have written proof....we would be stuck with the higher rate. Wells Fargo never reprimanded Tighe Casey...and why would they?? He just made the company more money. Wells Fargo is a dishonest company and will be bankrupt very soon. This is the address Tighe Casey works at and where we are leaving our review.
