  Very very poor customer service. Does not deserve even one star but if I don’t click at least a star the “Post” button is not lit for me to post my review . Location Wells Fargo Howard Hughs Las Vegas The person that does notary there today 8/11/2021 very very poor customer service. My husband been banking with you for 21 years and this person came out and say she wasn’t sure when she can service us because she is the only one doing notary today and that she is about to leave the bank to see client in their house…. First of all we were there for about 30 minutes already waiting and we’re in the queue…. She obviously has poor customer service management because instead of servicing everyone there inside the bank first before leaving she chose to leave the client waiting that has traveled to be onsite.to be somewhere else. She seems no concerns of her customers and just does whatever she wants probably because no one had corrected her action. She clearly made Wells Fargo very bad customer service. And the person before us also waited for 2 hours stated he have an appointment but yet still waited 2 hours to be serviced.
