  If I could give this review zero stars, I would. I'm not sure that I could have had a more terrible experience. I took my business to Mike Felton at Wells Fargo with a complicated home mortgage after my original lender realized that her company wouldn't be able to lend on the property the way it was currently titled. He was well informed about the issues pertaining to this particular property, and assured myself and my realtor that he would have no problems completing the loan. Unfortunately, he realized the day before the property was scheduled to close that he would, in fact, not be able to loan on this property, and for the exact same reasons that my first lender had pointed out much earlier in the process. I found out through my realtor that Wells Fargo would be unable to complete this loan for me, and while Mike's underwriter had the decency to offer his condolences, I never heard from Mike Felton again. Mike Felton is unorganized, lacking in people skills to the point of rudeness, and incompetent in his position. His shortsightedness cost me time, money, and an extraordinary amount of stress. He has created major issues for me that I am still currently dealing with, including the issue of homelessness as I had already put in my 30 day's notice with my apartment managers multiple times in order to accommodate for the extra time Mr. Felton claimed he needed to get the loan underwritten, and I now had no house to move into. I highly recommend steering clear of both Mr. Felton and Wells Fargo as a financial institution.
