      An absolute nightmare. They can't even change my mailing address in the computer. They've been emailing my mother for a year even though she has been dead that whole time and I assumed the mortgage and have been in constant contact with them. They can't tell me what my actual mortgage payment is after transferring insurance companies. They tried to make me pay twice for escrow just because the csr can't read a computer screen I guess. I haven't found anything they've done right so far. It appears that they're trying to get my account to go delinquent no matter how much money I throw at them to keep it current. They put me into covid forbearance without my consent, let money sit in an "unapplied fund" for God knows how long while sending me bills without applying the balance. I mean, seriously. They are just inadequate
