  Wendy was extremely attentive to our needs. She listened to our budget, timeline, and helped us formulate a competitive offer that allowed us to find a house that we loved, and could afford. Wendy was also very patient in explaining complex mortgage concepts to us as first time homebuyers. She always responded to our questions via email and text message in a very timely manner, and carved out time that worked for our busy schedules for our virtual meetings. She was always came to meetings armed with information, and we talked about important & time-sensitive decisions before we were presented with the choices, so that when the time came, we were ready to tackle them head on. All in all, Wendy was truly an excellent mortgage advisor, and we believe anyone going through their mortgage process is lucky to work with her!

  Wendy was great - the Seattle housing market is hyper-competitive, and Wendy's ability to work with us to process quickly for closing was likely a huge difference maker in getting our new home.
