      I called to pay or to setup our account with WesBanco and was given the run around. I have an auto loan that was carried over from the previous bank. The three people who I spoke with to get assist were rude and told me that now my husband will have to call to get the instructions on how to get the online account set up since the loan is in his name. All I really wanted to do was pay my car payment. I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS MUCH TROUBLE BEFORE!!! We originally got the loan from Damascus Community Bank, then it switched to Old Line Bank and never not once have I ever had an issue with getting the online account set up to make a payment. I was also told that they couldnt take a payment over the phone unless I had a WesBanco checking account. I would advise any and everyone to stay away from this place like the plague!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
