The worst bank and branch. These people have no business being in charge of your money. Poor customer service and management. The safe deposit boxes are a disaster zone. Go elsewhere!

If you ever consider banking at SunTrust, run, do not walk to the nearest exit. A friend of mine is a loan office for Suntrust and convinced me that they had changed. If anything, they have changed for the worse. My latest debacle? A multiple thousand dollar transfer to my LINKED bank account that hasn't shown up for two weeks. When I asked, Customer Service acknowledged the dates of the transfer and politely informed me that it takes three business days. What season of the year does THREE BUSINESS DAYS take TWO WEEKS? Lent? So, I have my mortgage loan with them, so I'm stuck with them for the next 27 years. I pray, every day, that they will be bought out by a competent bank.
