Recently completed a mortgage refinance with Steve. Everything went very smooth. During the initial refi inquiry he provided several options for refinancing the current mortgage along with the associated Home Equity Line of Credit since the two loans were with different institutions. I received email links outlining required documentation as well as progress status as the project proceeded through the steps towards closing. The closing went well & all the paperwork was thoroughly explained. It was a great experience.

I recently closed on a mortgage loan with Steve and couldn't have been more impressed. By the time my wife and I found him, we were already started with another loan officer, but Steve offered a tremendous rate and lower fees. I really was impressed by the fact that he seemed to answer questions on weekends and on the occasional evening - AND he still met our original closing date. Would definitely recommend!
