      I wouldn’t recommend using this bank, it’s horrible how they treat the customers, they are lazy people almost every time they don’t explain to customers what is a good thing and they’re always make mistakes

      I had a different bank account for 7 years. I got an offer from Westfield bank that I would receive $200 if I opened a checking and savings account and got direct deposit as well. The host that came to out work to tell us the information told us the BARE MINIMUM about everything. (Things that you already know about an account) It was a very terrible presentation. I was under the impression that I still qualiflied because they gave this offer to us. But I guess since they sent a poor host out, who didn't tell the right information and isn't really well at communicating means they can't honor it for me. I don't want my money at a bank that can't own up to their own mistakes.
