  Pamela was our agent for a home that we recently purchased in Coupeville, and she was AMAZING. She has an immense amount of experience in navigating the housing market in the Whidbey Island area. We’ve purchased many properties over the years, and our experience throughout the whole process this time was terrific. Pamela gave us great advice on our offer, positioning us just ahead of all other very competitive offers. After the inspection, she provided excellent guidance on what we could request to be repaired or replaced, focusing on the items that really mattered. She put her negotiating skills to work for us, and was attentive to every detail, following through on all facets of the agreement. She made the whole process easy and enjoyable and found solutions to any and all problems and setbacks. Even after closing, she was available to provide assistance and answer questions.

  Pamela is incredible! My husband and I stumbled across our dream home in Clinton early one morning in late October; at the time, we were not actively searching or working with a professional. Anxious at the prospect of our dream home in our dream location becoming reality, I requested contact from an agent via Zillow. Not only did Pamela contact me almost immediately, she had a viewing appointment for us that same day... by that evening, we had submitted our offer! Pamela advised us expertly through the initial rejection of our offer and an ensuing bidding war, and all the way through closing. She was a formidable presence who guided us skillfully across the home buying battlefield and into a stellar deal. Pamela was so easy to talk to and always available. She kept us updated, checked in with us regularly, and made sure we understood everything along the way. This is not our first home purchase, but certainly the best home buying experience ever; I could not have asked for better. We got our keys on November 30 and are so proud to be able to call Whidbey Island home. Navigating this transaction with anyone else likely would not have produced such a satisfying result. Should the time come when we are again buying/selling a home, we will most definitely be reaching out to Pamela! Cannot recommend highly enough.

  I cannot praise Whidbey View Homes enough, they went above and beyond to help me negotiate and buy my first home. Pamela and Alexandra were consistently and immediately responsive to my inquiries, guided me through the process, provided excellent advice, and fought (with great success) every battle on my behalf. As if that wasn't enough, months after I was moved in, they continued to diligently follow up and ensure that certain issues were fixed that we did not discover until after closing. Buying a home can be a stressful process full of uncertainties, but you will not be disappointed with WVH by your side. Highly recommended!
