The staff here are super friendly and always make you feel welcome. They have always listened and tried to help. Regardless of this, I have had my struggles, transferring money from other countries had been difficult because they don't have the ability and therefore use another bank to do this. The mobile phone app refuses to install on my new Samsung Galaxy S9+ because my Google account was created in another country.
