      I recently experienced bank fraud and was lucky enough to catch it in the app; the team at Woodforest were able to see me the same day, assist with my dispute, and were able to not only get my money back but they even made sure that the overdraft fees were refunded! Sad as it is to say, not many banks are as helpful and expedient as they are... love these guys!

      god forbid you overdraft your account by even twelve cents. Friendly customer service until it comes to common decency. Extremely predatory overdraft practices protected by corporate policy. Encourage anyone to use a credit union over this corporate sham.
