      I would not recommend going through Mark. He was fine in the beginning. But towards the end when we had some questions about the appraisal money he said that it was "chump change" and that he has people come in with $10,000-$50,000 for a down payment. He was very rude. It's 2022, that's not chump change to people who are first time home buyers when Inflation has increased on literally everything.
