  BUYERS and REALTORS BEWARE!!!! Words can't describe what they did to my client. I would suggest to run away as fast as possible. There are so many great loan officers and banks in Brevard County... This is NOT one of them! Updated Response 1/25/22 7:44pm in response to Ellen's response to justified why she lied about the qualifications of the borrower. Thanks for the Google Ad… Believe me Ellen, there are many words that I could think of to use for your services, however, positively enough for you, I will only use a few of them here. There is no excuse for the unprofessionalism and deceit received from you and Accent Mortgage. And this is your response? “The property was "Off the Market" one day?” In that one day you not only wasted everyone’s time, you lied about the ability of your buyer’s to obtain a property and you put a great seller’s future offers in jeopardy… as you, I and every other realtor in this market are well aware that if a home goes back on the market, people immediately think that there was a problem with it. Our seller, has a beautiful, updated home that we will now have to defend for no other reason than you just take whatever “deal” comes your way and cross your fingers that you can approve them after they are in contract. Unfortunately for us, the MLS does not provide a status change like, “Lender screwed up, Beautiful house with no issues still available.” Ellen, I do not care who and at what brokerage has used your services with whatever self-proclaimed percentage of positive deals you want to create in your head, what I do care about are my clients… and you did a massive disservice to them. You should be ashamed of yourself for being around “as long as you have been,” and conducting business in this manner. This did not fall through for any other reason than you did NOT do your due diligence as a lender.

  Antonio - Yes, there are words to describe what occurred. We provided a pre-qualification letter for clients stating, "subject to verification of information provided." Within 1 day, we identified an issue and notified all of the parties immediately. Your clients' property was off the market for a total of 1 (one) day. We regret that your clients were one of our very rare instances that unforeseen details prevented us from closing this transaction.
