  I was fortunate to have found Advantage Mortgage to help me navigate purchasing a home. Steven Roach and Jennifer Miller were there with me every step of the way. As a first time home buyer, I had zero knowledge of how to start the process. Steven called me to explain each step. They always kept me up to date about what was required of me. Jen was such a hard worker - always providing detailed explanations about who/what/where to get the documentation needed to meet all expectations of my lender. She was timely, professional, and kind. Talk about an all-knowing guru. I appreciated both of their help and honesty as I navigated purchasing my first home. Would highly recommend!

  Jace Cates and his team did an amazing job working with us on our home loan. They made the process so much easier and answered any and every question we threw their way.   The team at Advatage was AMAZING to work with. My wife and I had a very tight timeline to close on a home since we were expecting our newborn to arrive by November. From the beginning, Jace was very attentive to detail and gave us all the information we needed to make it happen. I don't think there was a single phone call or email that wasn't answered immediately by him. Jodi and Cyndi were there every step of the way to help with underwriting. From the time we put in an offer until signing, we closed in 30 DAYS! It was incredible. I will recommend this mortgage company to anyone and everyone looking to purchase a home. Thanks team!
