      Coming from a Realtor, Shannon is one of the best loan officers I have worked with. I had a client in which we were not going to be able to close on a transaction after my clients original loan officer dropped the ball. We then went through another loan officer and still obstacles kept coming one after another. Even I had given hope on the deal and it wasn't until the file landed on Shannon's desk and I received a phone call saying there was hope. Shannon took the time to dissect the file, look at the flaws and then somehow come up with a solution to then present to his underwriter. When I say he took his time to really help, he took his time. Considering he is this good and prob has enough business to refer out the more complex files, he took this file and still handled it with professionalism, service and care. He was able to close this file on time to keep us from terminating the transaction in which the sellers on this home would've had to terminate on their next purchase in which now their sellers would have had to stop their next life transition. Thanks to Shannon, the client has turned into our lifetime client. Shannon really saved the day and I can't thank him enough.

      Shannon is a rockstar. As a realtor, I work with lenders/loan officers on a daily basis. Frequently, when my clients work with lenders other than Shannon at Directors, we run into surprises (often unpleasant) after we've already got a property under contract. This creates stress and drama for the buyer, the seller, and the agents involved. Shannon's pro-active approach of taking a full-application from his clients at the time of pre-approval ensures that there are no surprises. Transactions go smoothly, and closing is on time. Shannon is a professional in the truest sense of the word, and I would trust all of my clients with him!
