  This review is well overdue since Jon was and still is so incredible to work with! He has been with us every step of the way to answer any questions we may have and is so responsive and helpful. If you’re looking for someone to help you get into a position to buy a home and give advice or you already have a home and are selling/buying another Jon is THE guy. He knows his stuff and will break things down so you understand everything, get the best deals possible and are informed. Truly appreciate him and would recommend him to anyone!

  We were so thankful and happy that we chose to work with Jon with the purchase of our home. From the time we sat down for the pre approval (in which we were still deciding wether or not to build or to purchase and he even took the time to get us rates, and contacts for a company that would do the construction loan/mortgage for us since they could not do what we were thinking of doing), he took the time to get to know us and get to know what our needs were so he could find the right product for us. During the process Jon and his team were there for any questions we had along the way and explained every step for us. When we moved into our home we ran into some problems and with no help, so after the sale was final and the mortgage transaction was completely done Jon has reached out to us on multiple occasions to check in on us and to make sure things were going ok with the problems we were having. Jon went above and beyond for us and took extra time for us when no one else would and when it was out of his line of work. Jon cares about his clients and I recommend him to everyone, if we ever get another mortgage we will be using Jon for sure!

  We have been working with Jon for about 6 months. He helped us come up with a plan while selling our house that lead us to be in a better place financially. Our plans changed halfway through the process as we were moving to Central Oregon, Jon didn’t even blink and told us what we needed to do. Looking for a house wasn’t the easiest process but Jon was there every step of the way, running numbers and giving us different scenarios. Not to mention the countless texts, phone calls and questions he answered (most of which were questions he had already answered, we just needed to hear it again!). Jon was such a blessing through this process and we are incredibly thankful. If you are looking for someone to help you buy your first home, your forever home and everything in between, Jon is your guy! Not only did we end up with a house we love but a friendship as well. If we decide to do this again, we will definitely be asking Jon! Thank you
