  Jack was extremely professional and beyond helpful. He was thorough the whole way through, showing us all options and helping us to find the best financing possible. He was prompt and accurate in his information and would answer and any all questions we had! We have and would refer him to our friends and family; it was a pleasure working with him!

  ***This review might be a bit lengthy, but I ask you to take the time to read it complete. I am a first time home buyer. I thought I might be able to purchase a home, I had seen several types of loan programs that looked interesting, but had no idea as to the specific requirements or various interest rates. I had an idea, and a thousand questions. I bank with a large, well known financial institution here in Pennsylvania, and quickly found out that I was just another number there. The idea of walking up and shaking hands with the man I was going to do business with was something I insisted on being able to do. After a little research, I came across American Mortgage Finance here in Pittsburgh; I called and spoke with Jack Catanzarite. We had a conversation about my wants and ideas, and within a few minutes he helped me decide which of the finance options I was considering best fit my situation. Jack pulled my credit information and informed me immediately that I qualified for several programs, more specifically the one I was most interested in using. Within 24 hours I had a pre-qualification letter in hand to begin shopping the market for a home. I did not have a buyer’s agent at the time, The questions I should have been asking an agent, I asked Jack. I asked Jack every possible question related to a home purchase, ranging from taxes, to inspection, to school districts, you name it I asked him this. I always got a courteous, truthful, correct reply. He knows real estate! Jack went over and above to help me throughout the whole process. Over and above as in sometimes several phone calls a day, along with emails, and even provided me with a contact number for after hours if necessary. Service like that is personal…. EXCEPTIONAL service from the company owner, that answered every phone call, every question, no matter how trivial and replied to every email. I highly recommend Jack Catanzarite and American Mortgage Finance. If you feel the need to speak with me personally, ask Jack for my contact information.
