Young lady really rude, was waiting for 45min. On ATM MACHINE once she was done, took her 15min more to tell me it was ready

I was just at Amscot and walked in was directed to a window. I waited and thinking that the woman behind the counter would serve the customer in order since she is the one who placed me there. But no she did not, knowing I was next she serves two after customers that came way after me. If you can’t go by the order you place people then you should not work there. Poor customer service and I will never go back to this one ever. She probably would have continued to ignore me if the gentleman did not finally approach me and took care of what I needed. You need to give her additional training. It was at 3:20 this afternoon and you would know who this was and also watch your video how she ignored me when I should have been served before them.
