Juan was very disrespectful, when me and my girlfriend came into this store location me and me girlfriend were discussing which loan we were going to go through with and which she then proceeded to say “ it really just depends on how long we have to pay it off” in which he rudely interrupted her and proceeded to say “I’m asking her not you”. Looked back at me like I was supposed to answer him after being rude to us so then my girlfriend asked for my id and we continued on with our day going to give our business to another amscot bc this was absolutely unacceptable!

Terrible info for service ‼️ I paid on 2/28 @4:29when asked how soon my Spectrum service would be activated I WAS TOLD IT'D BE AN HR. When i called that evening bcoz it was still off. I was then told it could take 1-3 buss days.Had I been given proper info b4 paying I'd have gone elsewhere 2 get my service same day/sooner.NEVER USING AMSCOT 🤔🤬 AGAIN UUUGGGHHH 🖕🏾💩HEADS
