  The employee that helped me with my request was so very courteous and very professional. Quick service and I will continue to do business at this location. I have never had a more positive experience at an amscot as this one location. The woman that handled my loan request should get a raise. She handled it very professionally. Thank you

  Walked into this location to get two money orders like I have over the last several years. Dana; who claimed to be the manager, customer service and professionalism was deplorable while claiming I wasn’t in the system when in actuality she didn’t want to take the time to look for it. She went out of the way to make it my issue when the truth is, she’s beyond incompetent and lazy!! This is the first time I’ve received such horrible service at this location. I know the manager there and he is phenomenal! Not sure where this lady came from because I’ve never seen her, but she doesn’t at all reflect his leadership!! After she refused to assist me/print my money orders...with the other employee (really short girl) co-signing her behavior, I went down the street to another location and had absolutely NO ISSUES!! Romea; who was extremely pleasant btw, asked for my ID, pulled up my profile...printed my money orders and apologized for the inconvenience.
