  I have Used this agency for homeowners insurance for many years. I had A recent insurance claim that went smoothly on my home. Then I had To move my business policy and needed help with a very difficult life insurance situation and this office stepped up big time! I was Working on a business loan and my current insurance company let me down, this office picked up the ball and pushed to the finish line. They came through in every way I needed And then some. Alexa is a rockstar! Every call was answered or returned in a very timely manner, she was always so knowledgeable and got answers if she didn’t have them on hand. She is so professional and respectful and I appreciate the hard word. If I could Give this whole team 10 stars I would! I highly Highly recommend this office!

  I can’t believe that after almost 5 years and always boating and bragging on them… they sent me a non renewal. I have 3 vehicles on it at one point I believe I had 4. This is the customer satisfactory that is being given! I didn’t even receive a call I receive a letter in the mail. We somewhere else immediately because now why in the world would I complete the policy right???? Come to find out this entire time I’ve been past wayyyyy more than I should’ve. Wow… my new policy is $100 less WITH all the same cars! Absolute horrible! The money I lost then the treatment I achieve! Absolutely horrible and heartbreaking!!!!!
