      AUB has served our business accounts very well over the past five years - first as Access National, now as Atlantic Union. Staff has been excellent and knowledgable, while being certain that all of our business needs are met. And they know who we are, too. Not all banks are created equal. I like their culture. Highly recommend.

      Needed to make a deposit to cover an automatic draw overnight. Got there promptly before 5:00 but very close. Door locked. Everyone gone. So tried to find ATM to make deposit. THERE IS NO ATM. Staff makes sure they are not around so absence of service can’t be confused with poor service. Do not use this bank if possible, ever. Small time with small time thinking, been a customer for a long time and will dump as soon as possible.

      Hi Philip, sorry for the trouble. Our Arlington branch does not have an ATM and is listed that way on our atlanticunionbank.com site. The branch does close at 5pm Est M-F. The door at this branch is a secure door, which stays "locked" and requires a person to be "buzzed" in, even during open hours. There is also a buzzer outside the door to request entry if someone doesn't see you at the door. Again, sorry for the confusion and please let us know if you have any questions. -SA
