  Love Cami and Nia but the GM is not very professional!! I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM THIS PLACE! I bought a car because I was told it had heated seats the drivers side which is where I sit does not work! I called to see if they would make it right! Mind you I did not even have the car a week when I realized it did not work! Nia tried to do what she could but the GM said they will not fix it so I bought a car under false information!! I am talking to an attorney and reporting them to the BBB. I don't expect the car to be perfect it was a used car but I bought it for the heated seats that DO NOT WORK!!!

  First off, they con you into giving 5 star reviews but never follow what they agree to. They overprice their cars. I purchased a 2008 and will end up paying over $20k for it. Tried to trade it in with a legit dealer after totaling my backup vehicle and was told that it’s too overpriced and they wouldn’t be able to pay it off. They agree to fix something but then ignore you when you need it. When test driving the car, the drivers door handle would not open the door. Was told it would be fixed by the time I picked it up. They claim it never did it again when they went to fix it but to let them know if it did it again within the week. It happened 2 days later, I sent Kami a video of it happening and was ignored so it never got fixed. I work for an agency that gives me peoples personal information and that job includes driving to their homes. I cannot lock the car because then I get stuck not being able to get in without going through the passenger side. This leaves identifiable information at risk of being stolen. Do. Not. Buy. From. Here.
