      I have been with BSB since 2005. I can't express how happy I was to find a location not far from my work when I moved to NH. I have always had that small town experience in any branch I have gone to do business. So glad I was able to stay with this bank!

      I've stuck with this little bank branch in Concord for more than two decades now, and Bangor Savings bank runs it well.

      The concord branch can be rude at at times. My employee was in there to cash his pay check, and that account was $40 short. All that had to be done was me log in and transfer the $40 from a different account. After I do this and tell my employee to go back in and cash it, the teller actually tells my employee we are not organized. I kid you not, a teller from a bank I am a customer at, talked negatively about my business to my employee. Why she felt she had the right to do this, I have no clue. Basically if you are looking for customer service, this is not the bank to be a part of.
