      It should specifically state that the ATM is inaccessible outside of the institution's business hours. Also, posting a notice for customers in search of this atm informing them of the unavailability of an outside machine would be beneficial and logical. Otherwise, the facility should consider installing a machine that is publicly accessible outside of the lobby, perhaps in the parking garage or around the side of the main entrance so as to not promote cross traffic in the customers attending the facility and those in search of an ATM.
