      Andy Mendendez is the most professional Banker I have ever met. I was having problems dispute one of the mischarge. He talked over the phone with another person in charge of this for over 1 hour to help me make a claim. For some reason it's kind of complicated. After that, he instructed me on how to track the status of the claim. Not only these, he has how to me fax the evidence needed. And I keep tracking with me till get temporary credits. He is very professional in explaining every details of the process and make sure everything is done accurately. I feel really lucky to have him to help me. Honestly I was about to close that bank account as I was going back to China. But his professional and attitude of helping customer make me feel I want to stay as a client in the Bank of America. And his talent and kindness are rare to find. I had to explain my problem to the mall and other people for a while. But he can really get the points of the problem quickly and take correct actions. I think he has potential for what he is doing.
