      We were able to be seen without an appointment and the employee was friendly. That is about the only good things to mention about the trip. Bank of America wasn't able to fix our account over the phone and so we were directed to visit a branch. The branch wasn't able to fix the issue either. The issue is a feature they have turned on but can't find a way to turn it off without closing out the account and opening a new one. The parking lot is a little cramped having only one direction to exit.
