  I’ve banked with Bank Of America for years and they’re a good bank but this branch is closed for some reason on Mondays and Tuesday while all other branches are open during these days. It’s really inconvenient for locals in the area who need to go inside on Monday’s & Tuesdays... Update: They finally updated there business hours to where they are open Monday-Saturday which is much more considerate to people’s busy schedules. (I’m changing this review from 1 star to 4 stars)

  Feels like this place is closed more than it is open. At least a dozen times since they have opened I came to find a sign that says “due to unforeseen circumstances we are closed”. It happened so much they hade a nice professional sign made to put up. Response to their reply: I shouldn’t have to follow a bank’s social media to find out when they are open or not. They should be open at the posted times on the door?!?

  Trying to change the name on my account. I am working anytime that their office is open so I called 2 months ago to schedule an appointment on a day I had off. Was assured my now husband would not need to be at the appointment with me since he would still be working today. I arrive at the scheduled time - the lady that checked me in looked like she had no idea how to do her job or any of the processes, and tells me to go sit. They then let someone else go before me. Then comes back almost let’s someone else go in front of me until I said I was there before them. Turns out I was never checked in and had to give my name again. Then they tell me I can’t even change my name on any of the accounts even the one I have with just me on them. Should’ve told me when I first asked via phone before even making the appointment that we would both need to be there. Waste of time.
