I had a freakin' excellent experience. First off, I had to level with the employee that my problem was due totally to Comcast overcharging me for months. I called them, and nothing against foreigners, but the phone rep could not understand me!!! I got no help AT ALL. So I went to the bank to get them to not release any money to Comcast internet anymore. The bank lady was very nice and extremely helpful. Thank you BoA. To Comcast, your customer service system sucks big time! I'm canceling you bums.
