      Do yourself a favor and go to ANY other BoA Financial Center if you need the assistance of a teller. The time it takes to get service here is 1 hour, up to 1.5 hrs if there’s a line. Even though I live 5 blocks from this BoA I save time going to the San Leandro or Dublin BoA. But 5 stars because I still appreciate the service and hard work of the current tellers. I just wished they would hire more accountants to meet the high demand of customers.

      This place is hell on earth - I need to go inside a bank maybe once per year to get a cashier's check or take out piles of cash. Who are all these people who need to go inside and chat to the only teller they have while the line is completely endless? Please God, have them invent a teller-less solution for cashier's checks, fire all tellers and branch managers and make ATMs and online services provide us with all our banking needs.
