      Never open, lots of account restrictions and secret maintenance fees One year edit: Still not open, and daily withdrawal limits are not daily, they are 24 hour withdrawal limits. Just tried to withdraw my second half of rent, withdrawal restricted because it exceeds "daily limit" I withdrew 23 hours ago. IE YESTERDAY
