  Utter disgust of how they treat customers. It’s been four months and I haven’t been able to access my account… they told me I need to drive three hours away to see somebody to get my account situated. Mind you I’m disabled and with fuel prices at $6.10 a gallon, WTH? Do yourself a favor and take your money and Business to reputable place, other than Bank of America. You will thank yourself later.

  Horrible experience opening an account online! Did mobile deposit to open an online account in March and my account was closed and funds frozen to verify the "source" of funds. Called # on the letter I received and told to visit local branch to verify identity. Told check was in the mail and still have not received funds. Called again now the story is go to bank and have someone call us to verify your ID then we can give you your money. Go back to bank on Saturday bc I work M-F and corporate escalation dept can only be reached weekdays. Really? How inconvenient! Called again and now in order to get MY MONEY go back to bank, call escalation dept while I'm there just to be told funds are frozen and it takes 24-48 business hours to unfreeze and get an update - yes, just an update. Asked to speak to manager Romero who was the most unhelpful, non-sympathetic individual in management EVER! Told account would be reopened and then funds would either be put back in account or check mailed. I will be calling B of A Corp bc this is totally unacceptable. Anyone know who the Pres or customer relations manager is at the Charlotte NC office on Tryon Street is? This whole ordeal has really been so awful and frustrating. UGH!
