  Had an appointment for 2 pm and we weren’t allowed in the building and when we called them they refused to see us and hung up on us twice. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. The customer service was a disgrace and that branch needs to take a look at itself and hire competent people who have manners. Without people like us they wouldn’t have a job. I wish I could give them zero stars

  This bank location inside the Dartmouth Hitchcock Hospital offers a convenient access point for the many employees and patients of the hospital. For day to day needs for those that live in the area but do not work in the hospital it does not represents a great option especially since the parking can always be a gamble and it is also not easy to reach.
