      I have been working with this branch for the last 5 years. Every one is very respectful and client friendly. The new manager Denise is so professional she always get things done very fast and efficiently. Highly recommend

      What should have been a 10 minute appointment took 40 minutes. The banker didn't know what she was doing. Finally, after 30+ minutes she asked for help, and someone else was able to complete the task in less than 2 minutes. I understand needing help, but not asking for it to the detriment of the customer is very unprofessional. I was late back to work. It was also sloppy, since she tried to have my brother (who I came with) sign something that was for me, and tried to give him my debit card. What's even worse, there is no cell service or functioning wifi, which is absurd, especially considering that the banker required us to use our phones to do two-factor authentication, which did not work. As you can see from my profile, I don't really leave negative reviews, but I'd like to save someone else from this waste of time.
